We are recruiting for CRM Operations Specialist (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for a 12 month FTC. You’ll be focusing on customer-centric approaches and personalised communications for specialised campaigns. You will play a crucial role in creating targeted customer audiences and supporting the build of creative content for CRM campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, on-site, and in-app targeted content, as well as audience creation for performance channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Utilise advanced tools and strategies to identify and create well-defined customer audiences for various CRM campaigns, ensuring precision and relevance in targeting efforts.
  2. Implement optimal methods for audience identification and segmentation, ensuring that CRM campaigns are accurately targeted and highly personalised.
  3. Daily build of automated campaigns alongside manual, one-off campaigns, collaborating in the creation and optimisation of creative content for CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer needs and campaign objectives.
  4. Leverage proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MovableInk, and email HTML to optimise campaign operations and build campaigns.
  5. Support CRM campaign operations across various channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and customer focus across all touchpoints.
  6. Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in CRM operations, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to contribute to departmental innovation and excellence.
  7. Accountable for ensuring CRM campaigns are fully compliant with FCA, GDPR, regulatory, and organisational standards, with robust safeguards for customer data.

You’ll ideally have:

  1. Demonstrable experience of CRM principles and strategies, with a specific focus on audience creation and content development across multiple channels.
  2. High level of proficiency in CRM platforms, tools, and technologies, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MovableInk, and email HTML.
  3. Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyse data and customer insights to ensure CRM campaigns are accurately targeted and highly personalised.
  4. Working knowledge of data manipulation through SQL.
  5. Ability to work on multiple complex projects.
  6. Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
