What you will do as a Cluster Revenue Manager

1. Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across the hotel cluster.
2. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust pricing strategies and optimize inventory management.
3. Conduct regular performance analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations to hotel management.
4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of revenue strategies with overall business goals.
5. Utilize revenue management systems and tools to forecast demand and analyse performance metrics.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
7. Manage monthly and annual revenue forecasting/budgeting process.
