Your Qualifications, Technical Skills and Experience
Essential

  1. Previous experience of setting up automated alerts, managing dashboards, and generating reports to improve system reliability and customer experience.
  2. 3+ years' experience in cloud monitoring, data analysis, or DevOps support.
  3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (App Service, SQL Database, Blob Storage, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics).
  4. Proficiency in KQL (Kusto Query Language) for log analysis.
  5. Experience with automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Azure Functions).

Desirable
  1. Familiarity with SIEM tools (Splunk, ELK, Azure Sentinel).
  2. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
  3. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).
  4. Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500).

Your Personal Skills and Attributes
