Cloud IT Security Engineer

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS...

• Monitor, maintain and remediate security vulnerabilities across the HPP cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

• Work within a team to deliver remediations to complex technical vulnerabilities.

• Proactively identify current and emerging security issues.

• Design and implement solutions to any security issues identified within the business.

3. Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment
4. Threat intelligence
5. Automation
6. Cloud and on-premise infrastructure maintenance.

Demonstrate knowledge of…

1. Data collection and data correlation of both on-premise and cloud infrastructure into SIEM platforms
2. Expertise in a range of security products including Vulnerability scanning, firewalls, networks, URL Filtering, EDR platforms, DLP Auditing and controls.

Hold these qualifications…

1. Computer science / IT / business / technology degree or equivalent
2. Desirable: certification, Formal Information security certification
