Context :

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Broker Specialist with Scrum Master skills to oversee and guide our squads on for the AXA XL cloud migration journey, notably FDMs, developers and testers.

The Cloud Delivery Analyst responsibilities include ensuring that development teams follow an Agile (e.g. scrum) framework values and practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.

You will be positioned within the AXA XL Cloud Broker team which is part of the global cloud broker organization and representing one of the 5 global markets.

Main Missions :

You are expected to consult, guide and support AXA XL scrum and applications teams on any cloud related topic that is supporting their application migration needs.

Design, adapt and implement an agile methodology's values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
Train, mentor, and support the project and product teams.
Define and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Schedule and facilitate meetings and decision-making.
Monitor and improve progress and performance.
Support the planning and organization of demos, testing, UAT and Pilots/Dry-runs.
Ensuring proper collaboration with external teams and vendors.
Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
Forecast capacity vs. demand to identify shortfall or excesses of the resources, streamline workflow for resource requisition and allocation.

Experience :

At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position, with IT Technical program management in the cloud environment
Experience in a complex transformation environment and complex programs
International experience

Technical Skills :

Be fluent in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tooling, e.g. MS Project, Jira.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

To be comfortable in a matrix organization.
To be process and quality oriented.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Reliability and accuracy of analyses as key factors.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
