Cloud Assurance Analyst

Role Overview: Cloud Assurance Analyst required for a financial services company. This role is vital for ensuring compliance, managing risks, and maintaining security across cloud environments and platforms. If you have expertise in cloud security, assurance, and regulatory compliance, this opportunity will place you at the forefront of a dynamic and evolving cybersecurity landscape.

As a Cloud Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for:

1. Monitoring and mitigating risks through Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
2. Ensuring SaaS applications meet security standards with SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM).
3. Defining and managing Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions to enforce security policies.
4. Securing workloads across various platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) using Cloud Workload Protection Platforms (CWPP).
5. Performing firewall and network assessments to ensure a robust security posture.
6. Collaborating with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, fostering a security-first culture.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in cloud security and assurance roles.
• Experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Hands-on experience with CSPM, SSPM, CASB, CWPP, and cloud-based firewalls.
• Strong understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and related security frameworks.
• Proficiency in network security, cloud architecture design, and industry standards (e.g., NIST, GDPR).
• Certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, CCSK, or equivalent are highly desirable.
