We are recruiting for a Clothing Retail Implementation Co-ordinator to deliver on-site George store refresh programme, working with property and other key stakeholders to ensure the change lands right first time. Working in partnership with retail to ensure standards of implementation are maintained, to improve the shopping experience and grow sales in line with the business plan.

  • Fully responsible for landing all elements of George store change in store
  • Working closely with property to resolve issues throughout project to keep on track and deliver to deadlines
  • Full site co-ordination for the George store change implementation ensuring property team and 3rd parties deliver to the agreed scheme timelines
  • Full accountability to make on-site decisions to fix problems which occur on site
  • Working alongside store team to upskill and maintain store standards post refresh launch
  • Full responsibility for the product overlays of schemes, to deliver the ‘right first time’ customer and financial objectives
  • Adhere to the onsite Health and Safety practices during each store change
  • Required to be up to date with current thinking within space, layout and VM to ensure each store change represents current business model
  • The role encompasses working right across the Asda Estate in stores, Asda House and George House therefore there is a high amount of travel and working away required

  • Retail experience within the non-food markets
  • Good organisational skills to manage each implementation
  • Outstanding attention to detail in planning, communication and engagement
  • Ability to develop and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, quickly and effectively to agreed deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
  • Visual flair within Clothing retailing
  • You will be agile and an effective decision maker, willing to move and learn fast
  • Be obsessed about our purpose and our customers
