Clinical Trial Assistant - Oncology - Surrey (Royal Marsden)

Part time (1 day per week)

They are now seeking a dedicated and organized Clinical Trial Assistant to support their oncology clinical trial team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the efficient conduct of clinical trials by providing administrative and logistical support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain patient records and regulatory documents.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients and study team members.
• Assist with the preparation of study-related documentation.
• Data entry and management.
• Provide information and support to patients participating in the clinical trial.
• Assist with patient recruitment and screening.
• Coordinate patient visits and follow-up appointments.
• Assist with the collection and management of clinical trial data.
• Participate in clinical trial meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a clinical research setting is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
