Are you ready to take the lead and make a lasting impact? As a Clinical Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of building and guiding our brand-new clinical team in an exciting, newly established region.
You'll oversee all clinical areas, provide essential supervision to the nursing team, and collaborate closely with doctors, surgeons, and anaesthetists. As the go-to expert for clinical and safeguarding matters, you'll be instrumental in ensuring exceptional patient care every step of the way.
This isn't just a job-it's a chance to help shape something new and exciting! By joining our supervisory team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre while championing outstanding care standards.
As we expand this region for MSI UK, you'll travel across sites within the UK until our Regional Treatment Centre is fully operational. Once established, you'll continue to visit our nearby Community Treatment Centres to provide ongoing support and leadership. Flexibility, mobility, and access to a car are key to making your mark in this role-and to ensuring you leave a lasting impact on the care we provide.
