Job description

(Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary)

Main duties of the job

The post holder is responsible for supporting both the nursing and medical staff in the care and treatment of patients/clients attending Brook sexual health services. The role blends both clinical and administrative responsibilities recognising the importance of both elements in the smooth running of the service. The post holder works under the supervision of Registered Nurses/ Midwives in the delivery of patient care to a defined patient/client group and will at all times work within the boundaries of their existing and developing skills.

Job responsibilities
  • Experience of working in a customer service role with the public.
  • Experience of working in a healthcare setting.
  • Care Certificate or qualification in health care desirable.
