An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Clinical Support Assistant to work in North Cumbria East Community Treatment Team. The post will involve working as part of a team that provides high quality community mental health care and treatment. This post is specifically to be involved in the physical health pathway and support with clinic sessions.
If you are successful your role will be to assist in the delivery of care and treatment to service users who have a variety of needs, diverse presentations and a range of mental health conditions under the direction and guidance of a registered practitioner. An aspect of the role is to work alongside nursing colleagues, in the team's physical treatment clinics.
The team consists of a well-established mix of professionals that work collaboratively to deliver individualised care. The role involves supporting the clinical members of the team to deliver evidence-based treatment and to engage in collaborative working across the multi-agency team. You will be provided with additional training and regular clinical supervision.
