Are you an experienced HCPC registered Dietician seeking a new opportunity? We are seeking a Clinical Specialist Nutrition Support Dietitian to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Community Nutrition and Dietetics team.
This is a newly created role based on a successful model within our Allied Health Professional (AHP) teams, offering a fantastic opportunity to shape and develop specialist nutritional care in the community.
You will provide specialist nutritional care to patients requiring nutrition support, including those with complex tissue damage and frailty, across outpatient clinics, patients' own homes, and care/nursing homes. Working alongside an established Band 7 Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in clinical leadership, service development, supervision, and education while ensuring a high-quality, patient-focused service.
The ideal candidate will be an HCPC-registered Dietitian with strong experience in nutrition support and enteral feeding, and excellent clinical expertise.
