Key responsibilities:

  2. Patient follow-ups: conduct follow-ups to guarantee customer and patient satisfaction.
  3. Training: educate physicians and staff on the use of our products, ensuring they are confident and proficient.
  4. Relationship building: forge strong connections with physicians and staff at clinical sites, offering unparalleled service and responsiveness.
  5. Collaboration: work with sales and marketing to communicate valuable product and market insights.
What we’re looking for:
  1. Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Clinical or hospital environment, including >2 years in an industry role working with implantable medical devices.
  3. Skills: superior clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships.
