Join GenesisCare UK as a Clinical Services Manager (SACT) on a 12-month fixed-term contract at our cutting-edge cancer care centre in Oxford. The Role:
As Clinical Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day delivery and ongoing development of our clinical services. You’ll provide direct leadership across multiple departments, with a focus on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, workforce capability, and optimised skill mix. You'll foster an integrated, multidisciplinary approach that ensures high-quality care is consistently delivered.
Working closely with the Centre Leader, you’ll support the development and implementation of our strategic and financial objectives—helping to shape the future direction of the centre.
You will also be an active member of the Oxford Leadership Team, supporting department leads through data-driven decision making and impactful team meetings. Your role will include overseeing service improvement plans, leading incident reviews and shared learning initiatives, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
