Our client, a well-established family-run company specializing in Private Health Insurance, is expanding its team and looking for experienced professionals to join as Clinical Services Advisor and Medical Support Analyst. These roles involve working with medical reports, liaising with treatment providers, and ensuring the smooth assessment and processing of health-related communications.
About the Roles
We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of medical practice and terminology who can confidently assess medical reports, engage with treatment facilities, and support internal claims and liaison teams. The ideal candidates will be highly organized, excellent communicators, and capable of handling multiple complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
- Analyse and assess health reports to ensure appropriate decision-making.
- Support customers through the hospital liaison process.
- Assist the company in understanding medical practice and terminology.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in medical communications.
- Influence improvements in internal procedures and customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of support services through the Medical Advisory Panel.
- Conduct root cause analysis and produce detailed reports.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records and manage workflow efficiently.
