Job summaryClinical Psychologist Full-time, 9-month fixed term (with potential for permanent position)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to take the lead in creating a new, comprehensive therapeutic programme from the ground up. Initially offered on a fixed-term basis, this role involves reviewing our current approaches, developing a broader, more inclusive trauma informed model that aligns with NICE guidelines and improves outcomes for a diverse range of clients.

Key responsibilities include:
- Create:Design and implement a new therapeutic framework that builds on our existing services, including the 12-step programme, integrating evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to improve client outcomes.
- Assess:Conduct individual assessments to develop personalised, person-centred care plans that meet each clients unique needs, working closely with our psycho-therapeutic team.
- Collaborate:Work with the existing team to ensure the new programme is inclusive, effective, and tailored to improving client outcomes, and to ensure that the team have the right skills to deliver it.
- Lead the Future:After the fixed term, youll be considered for a permanent role leading the programme, managing the team, and ensuring the continued delivery of person-centred care.

1.7Provideclinical support in treatment for our clients which includes robust riskmanagement, care planning and aftercare.
