Our Health team has a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Project Advisor to join our supportive team of qualified healthcare professionals, claims data analysts, and customer experts. You will play an integral role by providing knowledge, skills, and expertise to help the business meet the needs of our Private Medical Insurance customers. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to use their phenomenal knowledge of chronic conditions and collaborate with others in a professional environment.

This role is key to our business as you will protect customers and staff by ensuring that clinical decisions relating to cover and treatment provision are in line with standard medical practice and UK health philosophy. Maintaining guidelines and a level of technical awareness, product knowledge, and building relationships with other business areas are equally important within this role as you will have an influence on internal functions to improve the end-to-end customer journey. You may also be required to act as a key contact for clinical demands from customer-facing staff, identifying areas for improvement, and working with claims consultants to ensure information is worded and presented in a way that best supports our customers and advisors.
