Job role: Locum Clinical Pharmacist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a Clinical Pharmacist looking to take the next step in your locum career? We've got a fantastic opportunity for you to join a dynamic private hospital team in Nottingham!

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Join our client's high-performing team as a Clinical Pharmacist and make a direct impact on patient outcomes within a supportive and forward-thinking hospital environment.
2. In this ward-based role focused on orthopaedic care, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive medication reviews
• Develop and manage personalised treatment plans
• Provide expert clinical input to enhance patient recovery
• Collaborate daily with a skilled multidisciplinary team
• Keep meticulous, up-to-date records in line with hospital standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. A valid GPhC registration
2. Experience working on hospital wards (orthopaedics or general inpatients ideal)
3. Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
4. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider clinical team
5. A passion for delivering safe, effective, and patient-focused care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, offering excellent work-life balance and flexibility. The contract is ongoing, with the strong likelihood of extension based on performance and service demand.
