Locum Clinical Pharmacist - Wards - Private Hospital

Are you a Clinical Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Kent? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist - Wards

Location: Kent - Private Hospital

Duration: Ongoing contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break)

Start Date: April/May

End Date: Ongoing

Rate of Pay: £27 - £38 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist in a private hospital setting, working on ward-based duties. In this role, you will:

  1. Perform comprehensive medication reviews for inpatients
  2. Provide expert advice on medication management and optimisation
  3. Deliver evidence-based treatments to improve patient outcomes
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
  5. Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A current and valid GPhC registration
  2. Previous hospital experience, ideally in a ward-based setting
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  5. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
