About the Role:

This position involves providing clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication reviews and reconciliation, working collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines, delivering patient education and counselling, and contributing to the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication reviews and reconciliation.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
• Deliver patient education and counselling.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy protocols.

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
