Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Rate of Pay: £28 - £32 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients across medical and surgical wards. In this role, you will:

1. Perform comprehensive medication reviews and optimise prescriptions.
2. Counsel patients on their high-risk drugs, including anticoagulation, immunosuppressive therapy, and more.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
4. Monitor patient progress and assist with safe and efficient discharges.
5. Provide support and feedback to junior doctors and trainees.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A current and valid GPhC registration.
2. Experience working within hospital pharmacy (ideally across both medical and surgical wards).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
5. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The contract is for an ongoing period with the possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
