Schedule: Flexible - work 3, 4, or 5 days per week

Pay Rate: £28 - £37 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll play a crucial role in optimising medication use and improving patient outcomes. Your duties will include:

Conducting medication reviews and optimising treatment plans
Providing clinical advice & prescribing guidance on inpatient wards
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
Ensuring compliance with NHS protocols & national guidelines
Leading medicines reconciliation and recommending appropriate therapies
Supporting junior pharmacy staff and service improvement initiatives

Who We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:

GPhC registration (essential)
Experience in hospital-based clinical pharmacy (Band 7 or 8a level)
Strong knowledge of NHS prescribing guidelines & protocols
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently & within a team
