As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will:

1. Provide advice and support to consultants, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines.
2. Interact with patients across various departments to determine their pharmaceutical needs and review medication history.
3. Build strong working relationships with colleagues and consultants to improve patient outcomes.
4. Suggest new processes and equipment to enhance health outcomes and safety.

Minimum Requirements:
