About us

At CMP, we are proud of the team we have built and the values that underpin the way we work. Our practice spans three well-equipped sites in West London, and we are home to a stable workforce of passionate professionals.

You will be joining a diverse multidisciplinary team, including experienced GPs, Physician Associates, specialist nurses, HCAs, clinical pharmacists, a proactive care team, management and operations team, and more. We work closely across the board to support each other and provide truly joined-up care.

Our Hub model fosters close working relationships as you will consult side-by-side with fellow GPs and clinicians in a shared, supportive space when you work a hub shift. This encourages real-time discussion, collaboration, and camaraderie.

We take pride in our positive, inclusive, and fun workplace culture. From regular social events to celebrating big (and small!) wins together, we make time to enjoy working together.

As part of our commitment to staff wellbeing, we offer an Employee Assistance Programme. We also offer protected time for supervision and strongly encourage professional development through training and updates.
