Position: Clinical Nurse Manager

Care home: Ribble View
Location: Preston, PR1 4UD
Contract type: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rate: Competitive (DOE)
Care home CQC rating: Good

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team.
2. Ensure high standards of care are delivered.
3. Manage staff performance and development.
4. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

1. Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
2. Previous experience in a managerial role.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
