Job description

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join a well-established charitable care home in Pinner, which is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for its residents. Rated 'Good' by the CQC, this home has a fantastic reputation for delivering person-centred care in a warm and compassionate environment.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee the clinical and quality standards within the home, ensuring residents receive the best possible care. Working closely with the Head of Clinical Services, you will provide leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing clinical care standards and ensuring high-quality outcomes
  2. Supporting, mentoring, and developing the nursing and care teams
  3. Conducting assessments, audits, and care planning to enhance resident wellbeing
  4. Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations
  5. Providing hands-on clinical support and leadership when required

What We're Looking For
  1. Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
  2. Previous experience in a senior nursing or leadership role within a care home or similar setting
  3. A passion for working within a charitable organisation and values-driven care
  4. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  5. In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance
