Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Job Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ - 5 years PQE)

Salary Range: £35,000 to £55,000

Location: Sheffield City Centre (Hybrid Working)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

1. Working closely with a Senior Partner, to provide comprehensive legal support and advise in relation to medical negligence matters
2. Running a caseload with some supervision and assisting the partner with higher value work
3. Reviewing medical information, witness statements, records, documentation, research and reports
4. Liaising with clients, key stakeholders, council and colleagues
5. Allocation of administrative support on files when required

1. It is vital you have experience in Medical Negligence Law
2. You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
3. You will need at least 1 years post qualification experience
