About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a leading and highly respected legal practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, handling a wide range of clinical negligence cases, and will have the chance to contribute to the firm’s continued success and growth.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex clinical negligence claims, working closely with clients who require expert legal support. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career in clinical negligence law, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims, from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of clinical negligence matters.
• Work with medical experts, consultants, and other professionals to build strong cases.
• Represent clients in meetings, negotiations, and in court where necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring they are kept informed and supported throughout the process.
• Ensure that cases are handled efficiently, and deadlines are met.
• Contribute to business development activities and play a key role in expanding the practice’s clinical negligence offering.

Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor with 3+ PQE in clinical negligence law.
• Strong technical knowledge of clinical negligence claims, including experience in both pre-litigation and litigation stages.
• Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and accessible manner.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
• A genuine passion for helping clients navigate through challenging and complex situations.
