Job Opportunity: Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Location: Glasgow

Overview:

We are seeking a Solicitor with 1-5 years of experience to join a busy Clinical Negligence Team. This role offers excellent development opportunities within a supportive and modern work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage clinical negligence claims, including pre-litigation and litigation
2. Provide legal advice and court advocacy, instructing Counsel and expert witnesses
3. Handle a variety of cases such as delayed diagnosis, hospital negligence and surgical claims

Experience Required:

1. 1-5 years PQE in Clinical Negligence or similar role
2. Advocacy skills and knowledge of court procedures
3. Excellent communication, organisational and client handling skills
