Role Overview
As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of clinical care for patients, supporting both the profitability and growth of the practice. You'll work enthusiastically with your team to maintain a happy and efficient working environment while providing outstanding patient and client care. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning clinical standards and nursing care with the best practices, enhancing the patient journey.
Responsibilities
• Perform nurse duties including nurse consultations, inpatient care, anaesthesia, and assisting with procedures.
• Line management of a small number of associates.
• Focus primarily on clinical duties, with protected time for leadership and administrative tasks.
• Cultivate a positive work environment and foster the practice's growth.
Qualifications
• Registered Veterinary Nurse with ideally two years post-qualification experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and capable of working autonomously in a small but growing practice.
Hours & Salary
• Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week (mixture of early and late shifts Monday to Friday + 1:6 weekend shift).
• Salary: Up to £35,000, depending on skills and experience.
