Clinical Lead Nurse

This role is on the Wirral, and offers the chance to lead by example and drive the service forward within a well-regarded care home, rated as Good with the CQC.

This role offers a competitive salary of £57,408 working 48 hours per week. You'll also benefit from a supportive team environment and the opportunity to work in a GOOD rated care home.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
2. Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
3. Leading by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
4. Working full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), mix of leading on the floor, and supernumerary time
5. Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager role will have:

1. Experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level
2. Excellent medicines management skills and experience with clinical audits
3. Strong leadership abilities
4. A passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents
