RBW are partnered with a small, innovative biotech company based in London, dedicated to advancing research in Neurology, Pain Management, and Women's Health. We are seeking a Freelance Clinical Lead to join their passionate team on a contract basis in June 2025.

Role Overview:

As a Freelance Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the organization, bridging clinical operations, general business operations, clinical project management, and overall business support. Your expertise will drive clinical studies and ensure seamless integration across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Operations: Oversee and manage clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and high-quality data collection.
2. Business Operations: Collaborate with the executive team to align clinical activities with business goals and strategies.
3. Project Management: Lead and coordinate clinical projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
4. Business Support: Provide comprehensive support across the organization, contributing to business development, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in clinical operations, project management, and business operations within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
2. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical trial processes.
