Clinical Lead - Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
£22 - £23 per hour (DOE) | Full-Time | Supportive & Caring Team

We're looking for a Clinical Lead to join our clients fantastic team in a lovely, well-established care home in the Mansfield area. The home is part of a reputable and supportive company that truly values its staff and residents.

The Role:

1. Supporting the Home Manager with clinical leadership and ensuring high standards of care.
2. Leading and mentoring a dedicated nursing team.
3. Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
4. Providing exceptional, person-centred care to residents.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experienced Senior Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
2. Clinical Lead experience is desirable, but strong senior nursing experience will also be considered.
3. A valid NMC pin.
4. Passion for delivering high-quality care and strong leadership skills.
5. No sponsorship is available for this role.
6. Ability to commute easily to the Mansfield area.
