Main duties of the jobAs a member of the Clinical Management Team, you have the flexibility & opportunity to work at our Urgent Treatment Center at QMC, collaborate operationally with the NEMS Management Team, and directly manage staff. Your core purpose will be to provide clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to the clinical workforce across designated services: Out Of Hours/Clinical Assessment Service, Urgent Treatment Centres, and PC24.
You will be the professional clinical lead, providing a strong clinical presence, role-modeling advanced clinical practice, and ensuring the provision of safe, effective, and evidence-based clinical practice to patients.

Shift Patterns Available:A mixture of Days, Evenings, Weekends and Bank Holidays
Salary:£34.03 to £37.36 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
Person SpecificationQualificationsEssential- Registered Nurse with first degree or equivalent portfolio of evidence or a registered health care professional with minimum first degree
Desirable- Masters degree qualification
ExperienceEssential- Significant post registration experience in primary/urgent care with current/continuous experience as a nurse /AHP
Desirable- Experience managing a diverse team of professionals
