We're looking for a Clinical Lead to provide expert leadership within our Public Health Nursing Service in Tower Hamlets. In this role, you'll oversee the implementation and delivery of high-quality public health programmes (Healthy Child Programme, sexual health, substance misuse etc) and interventions, ensuring children and young people receive the care, guidance, and support they need to thrive.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of community nursing, leading on service quality, safeguarding, and clinical governance while ensuring staff receive the supervision and training they need to excel. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A management or leadership qualification, along with experience in project leadership & service user engagement, would be an advantage but is not essential.
