Responsibilities:
  1. Ensuring clinical care exceeds professional standards and regulations.
  2. Providing specialist nursing support and advice.
  3. Taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
  4. Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
  5. Recognising and addressing safeguarding concerns.
  6. Maintaining accurate and meaningful records.
  7. Supporting a culture of kindness and inclusivity.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. A valid NMC Pin and knowledge of National Standards and the NMC code of practice.

  4. A positive attitude and the ability to communicate with kindness and consideration.
  5. Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and the ability to report concerns.
