Clinical Home Manager – Kent

Location: Kent

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Home Size: 60 beds

CQC Rating: GOOD

Are you an experienced and passionate Clinical Home Manager ready to lead a thriving care home? We’re seeking a dynamic professional to manage our 60-bedded home in Kent, which is proudly rated GOOD by the CQC.

About the Role

As Clinical Home Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference by:

1. Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding person-centered care.
2. Overseeing all aspects of home management, including clinical standards, compliance, and operational efficiency.
3. Working closely with residents, families, and external professionals to maintain and enhance the home’s reputation.
4. Driving continuous improvement to uphold our GOOD CQC rating and strive for excellence.

About You

To excel in this role, you will need:

1. A valid NMC PIN and strong clinical leadership experience.
2. A proven track record in care home management with knowledge of CQC regulations.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. A passion for delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for residents.
