Clinical Fellow ST3+ in Emergency Medicine

Are you a dynamic, motivated doctor looking for a broad experience of inner-city emergency medicine at junior doctor level? If so then you're in luck! Our client is looking for someone to fill their Clinical Fellow Emergency Medicine post based in Greater London.

The Trust is one of the largest in the country, their dedicated workforce of 6,500 staff and volunteers serve the local population of about 750,000 from a wide range of social and ethnic groups.

This position offers an opportunity for a junior doctor to develop in the field of emergency medicine with Consultant supervision. The department is friendly, supportive, and dedicated to providing great opportunities for education and professional development. Many middle grade doctors at the trust have chosen to stay for three years or more and are sitting FRCEM examinations.

The successful candidate is required to have:

  1. A minimum of two years post-graduate clinical experience.
  2. A minimum of 6 months experience in adult and paediatric emergency medicine.
  3. Up-to-date certification in ALS, ATLS, or ACLS.
  4. Full registration with the GMC with a license to practice.

For candidates who reside abroad, you must have completed the necessary language test (IELTS / OET / NARIC) before applying. You must be able to satisfy the language test requirements of the UKVI remit.

Additional Information:
This is a fixed-term 12 month post with a potential to extend. This post consists of on average 48 hours per week and attracts a 1a banding (50%). The Trust offers 27 days of annual leave + bank holidays.
