Location: Aberlour and Fochabers, Moray, Scotland

The Role: Clinical Leadership with Purpose

As Clinical Director, you will drive both operational success and clinical excellence by:

  • Providing inspiring leadership and mentorship to our talented team, setting exceptional clinical standards and leading by example.
  • Developing strategic growth plans and overseeing day-to-day operations in partnership with our Practice Manager.
  • Fostering future leaders and investing in continuous learning and innovation.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a diverse caseload (70% small animal, 15% large animal, 15% equine) offering plenty of variety.

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE, plus a relocation package of up to £8,000 and a welcome bonus up to £10,000.

We operate from two modern, well-equipped sites:

  • Aberlour: The hub for farm and equine services.
  • Fochabers: A bustling small animal clinic.

Our team includes 5 vets, 5 RVNs, a student nurse, a practice manager, and 5 support staff, all dedicated to providing exceptional care.
