Salary: £22.50 - £23 per hour

I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager to work with a well-established, highly regarded care provider within their nursing home in Kempston. The home offers bespoke care to up to 80 residents, with luxury facilities and meaningful activities, and they pride themselves on their high quality, round-the-clock care.

Your job will be to support the Home Manager with the general running of the home, including the implementation of policies and business procedures, preparing the staff Rota, and monitoring standards of care. In addition, you will be required to work the floor 3 times a week and be available to cover both day and night shifts.

Requirements:

1. Registered Nurse Qualified with a valid NMC pin
2. Highly motivated with strong leadership skills
3. Experience in working with people with dementia
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
