Whats on Offer:
Salary:
Year 1: £60,000
Year 2: £120,000 (rising up to £160,000 over 3 years, based on performance)

Structured training program to develop expertise in digital implantology, including full digital planning and prosthetics.
Dedicate additional training time at the Manchester clinical headquarters to accelerate professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide immediate rehabilitation using implants and fixed prosthetics for terminally dentate patients.
- Perform full digital data capture using CBCT, intraoral scanning, and face scanning for treatment planning.
- Conduct patient presentations to ensure informed consent, utilising 3D STL visualisations.
- Assist in fully guided, graft-less full jaw implant surgeries and the placement of immediate load prosthetics under supervision.
- Capture post-surgery data and collaborate on the prescription and fitting of long-term prosthetics.
- Adhere to an annual maintenance protocol for patients undergoing full jaw rehabilitations.
- Engage in weekly clinical meetings to review cases, discuss workflow improvements, and participate in peer assessments.
- Follow a structured learning pathway, demonstrating proficiency in non-surgical and surgical steps through self-audits and mentoring.
- Collaborate with highly skilled digital nurses trained in intraoral scanning, photogrammetry, and digital workflow processes.
- Maintain a patient-focused approach, supported by a full administrative team handling costs and payments.
- Uphold high clinical standards and quality control by working within an in-house bioengineering division that designs surgical guides and prosthetics.
Requirements:
- Qualified Dentists from the UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Romania, or other Eastern European EU countries
- Must be GDC-registered (or eligible)
- 1-3 years' experience post-qualification
- English proficiency (IELTS required for GDC registration)
- Team players with a positive attitude
