About the Role: Clinical Data Business Analyst

Customer is looking for a senior Business Analyst who has a deep understanding of the clinical domain and industry experience on how clinical data should be organized and presented. He/she should be able to support project managers on project management activities.

  • Responsibilities:
    Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide domain knowledge to the development team.
    Clarify business rules, processes, and workflows to aid in development efforts.
    Requirements gathering and backlog management.
    Understand and translate business needs into well-defined product requirements.
    Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure the delivery of valuable features.
    Collaborate with the team to refine and clarify user stories, ensuring they are well-defined in Jira, testable, and aligned with business requirements.
    Provide detailed acceptance criteria and scenarios for user stories.
    Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team.
    Support project managers by contributing to project planning, risk management, and tracking project progress.
  • Skills Required:
    BA with clinical domain experience and overall experience of more than 9 years.
    Good knowledge of Agile ways of working.
    Project management experience is good to have.
