Hours: Full time employed

Location: Home-based with travel across North Yorkshire

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE + car allowance + quarterly bonus

*Must be registered with the NMC, HCPC or SWE*

Compass Associates are proudly working with a CQC Outstanding, well-established case management business to recruit for a new Case Manager in the North Yorkshire region. The role will be home-based with travel to visit clients in North Yorkshire who have been referred with complex rehabilitation needs due to backgrounds of brain, spinal cord or catastrophic injuries. You would have a dedicated Clinical Supervisor, comprehensive training and be part of a wider case management team, with whom you’d have regular team meetings, as well as having close support from the Operations and Admin Teams. You also have the option to utilise the head office for training, meetings or admin.

This is an exciting opportunity for a current Case Manager or an experienced Nurse, Physiotherapist, SALT, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker, who has a strong background in neuro rehab and would like to pursue a career in case management.

Location

Your caseload will be in North Yorkshire so the postholder can be based in Leeds, York, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Bradford, Thirsk, Pontefract, Barnsley, Ripon, Malton and surrounding towns.

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Social Work, Speech Therapy or Physiotherapy
  • Experience working as a Clinical Case Manager and/or a strong background working with children or adults who have traumatic brain, spinal or neurodegenerative conditions
  • HCPC/SWE/NMC registration
  • UK driving licence and own car

Interview Process

Two stage process: informal phone call with the Business Director followed by a Teams/face to face Interview with the Business Director and Clinical Lead.
