Job description

Do you want to be part of a clinical team that makes a positive difference in the life of teens? The Key Program, Inc. in Worcester is seeking two (2) Masters-Level Clinical Care (Case) Managers to work collaboratively with the Program Clinician, Program Supervisor and direct care staff to provide an array of treatment services for up to nine (9) DCF referred adolescents in a residential group home. There is a residential program for teen girls and another for teen boys.

5,000 Hiring Bonus paid in two payments ($2,500 after 3 months and 6 months of successful employment).

Wage / Salary & Benefits Include:

  • Starting salary range: $59,400 - $61,400

Qualifications:

  • Clinical Master’s Degree is REQUIRED (social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or mental health counseling). License eligible is required.
  • All candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Applicants must have a valid state driver's license and legally registered and insured car for work use.

Responsibilities: (not all inclusive)

  • Collaborates with DCF social workers to ensure appropriate interventions and treatments are implemented.
  • Prepares client assessments and treatment plans.
  • Provides individual and family counseling, that may occur in-home in order to help facilitate clients’ transitioning.
  • Facilitates clinical groups such as DBT, substance abuse prevention, anger management, etc.
  • Provides training and consultation to supervisors and program staff.
  • Shares a caseload with the Program Clinician.
  • When necessary, facilitates psychiatric and mental health referral.
