Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to join the Oncology Department as a Clinical Admin Lead.
You will play a key role in our operational tasks, taking responsibility for day-to-day referral to treatment and cancer pathways for outpatients and managing a large team of secretaries.
30 hours per week to be worked over 4 or 5 days as a 12-month fixed term contract.
Main duties of the job
You will need the ability to think logically under pressure and have a positive attitude to maintaining high standards at all times. You will be required to communicate with a wide range of disciplines and possess an aptitude for negotiation and persuasion. You will ensure key resources such as clinic capacity are utilised effectively to ensure the delivery of key performance standards.
