About the Role

We are delighted to be recruiting for the role of Clinic Manager. As a Clinic Manager at Therapie Clinic, you will be at the forefront of our clinic’s success, leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, from managing performance and driving sales to ensuring the highest standards of treatments and customer service. You’ll create a positive, supportive environment that inspires your team to excel, with the opportunity to shape the future of the clinic and play a pivotal role in our continued growth.

We want people to ‘Do their best work at Thérapie’ and as part of the Clinic Team, you will be integral to creating that environment and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
  2. Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service at all times.
  3. Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
  4. Weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
  5. Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
  6. Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary, and grievance management.
  7. Staff Rostering/Annual Leave management.
  8. Ad Hoc duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Management or Supervision Experience.
  2. Organisation and attention to detail skills.
  3. Mentoring.
  4. Customer Service experience.
