  • Prepare minutes/resolutions for closing clients being put into liquidation.
  • Handle regulatory filings and annual confirmations through the API.
  • Prepare and validate FATCA and CRS forms.

Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy team which is at the Centre of all operational and transactional activity within HSBC’s Trust operation in Jersey and gain a great understanding of Trust Company Business whilst working for one of the world's largest and most stable financial institutions.


In this role, you will:

  1. Prepare minutes/resolutions for closing clients being put into liquidation and transferring to new service providers seeing the process through to the end.
  2. Regulatory filing Jersey, Annual confirmations through the API, Guernsey Validations, BVI fees.
  3. Preparation and validation of FATCA and CRS forms.
  4. Filing of Jersey Corporation Tax.
  5. Input and filing of safe custody documents.
