PFM Fleet Service – Delaware, OH - Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to grow your career in the commercial vehicle and heavy truck industry? PFM Fleet Service is hiring a Customer Success Representative to support our Service Advisors and grow into a full-time Service Advisor role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Answering phone calls and assisting customers.
  2. Writing and managing repair orders.
  3. Communicating with Service Advisors and customers to ensure a seamless service experience.
  4. Shuttling customers and non-CDL vehicles as needed.
