Location: London, UK (Hybrid Role | 3 Days in the office)
Salary Range: £30,000 - £34,000 basic per annum + commission (OTE Year 1: £45,000 - £50,000)

About the Role:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Client Success Manager to join our team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, nurturing and growing existing client relationships, driving revenue growth through exceptional account management, and ensuring the seamless delivery of successful campaigns.
As a Client Success Manager at POLARIS, you'll play a pivotal role in handling new business inquiries, nurturing prospects, and converting them into loyal clients. You'll manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring they achieve success with their campaigns and see a measurable return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
About You:
At least 1 year of experience working in a digital agency, ideally in sales or account management.
Passionate about consultative sales, with strong pitching and negotiation skills.
Excels in building genuine, engaging relationships with clients and prospects.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and ensures deadlines are met.
Good understanding of digital marketing (knowledge of SEO is desirable but not essential).
Unapologetically ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to contribute ideas that drive results.
Experience using CRM tools and managing projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
