We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Client Success Manager to join our rapidly expanding client success team, helping us to continuously onboard and deliver client features that delight our clients and make a real difference to what they do. What Will I Be Doing?

As a Client Success Manager at Insurwave, you'll play a key role in managing client accounts, understanding client requirements and onboarding features for our growing client base. You will be part of a diverse cross-functional team of Insurwavers who are obsessed about delighting our clients and connecting data-driven client insights to value-generating features and client service delivery. Here are some examples of the things you’ll be doing each day:

  • Be the contact for client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing the value of our platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, goals, and pain points, driving strategic initiatives that ensure long-term success.
  • Proactively manage account health, providing insights, analytics, and recommendations for feature adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Product, and Support) to address client challenges and feedback.
  • Lead onboarding processes, ensuring clients experience smooth transitions and are set up for success from day one.
  • Manage roadmap rollout by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help clients fully leverage our platform's potential.

Who We're Looking For:

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills for the role, although more importantly if you don’t quite have all the skills, you have a passion and willingness for learning. Here’s what would make you stand out:

  • Be the client experience champion across the business, building strong relationships with clients underpinned by clear articulation of client value.
  • Be constantly curious about seeking client insights and how these can translate into value-generating features that make a real difference to what our clients do.
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal colleagues.
  • Excellent project management skills for onboarding clients and building out a client roadmap.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can balance client needs with business goals.
  • Possess a problem-solving mindset, emphasizing attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to break down ambiguous problems into solvable components.
  • Experience in consulting in commercial insurance is desirable.
  • Demonstrate a data-driven mindset with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in detail but able to see the bigger picture.
  • Able to collaborate with a talented and supportive team to achieve company-wide objectives.
  • You will have a passion for technology and a desire to help clients thrive.
